I thought it was time for an updated profile. My name is Fazil Fuad, if you're confused, yes I am of mixed parentage (mom is chinese and dad is malay). Yes I celebrate Chinese New Year but I don't eat pork. As you may already know, I have a passion for everything visual, mainly photography but that is not what I'm studying. I'm doing Communication Design at RMIT University. That means I'm currently in Melbourne. I live in an apartment with this girl name Ashlie, I knew her before I touched my first camera so that is quite some time ago. Yes I do miss my old roommates (that Penang couple and that boy from 5th PJ and Janice, haha). I do commissioned shoots (mainly fashion, editorial and beauty but I try do dabble in everything else). A fashion photographer wannabe, there was never anything wrong with being ambitious. This blog is my portfolio and is mostly dedicated to my Mum, who always encouraged me to chase my dreams, my Dad who never lost faith in me, my brother who passed me the camera during a family vacation and made fun of me when I started snapping everything else but my family, my Sister whose great taste in music inspired most of my work, my close friends, the RVN boys back home and all over the world not forgetting the one UP there. And you.
Oh and this is an ADfree blog and it will always will be. The only product that is thrown at you is Fazil Fuad, and the fact that I shoot with a Canon.
